Sasga Menorquin 35

The 35 HT is the smallest boat Sasga builds and, since 2024, the replacement for the long-running Menorquin 34. Iñigo Toledo of Barracuda Yacht Design kept the llaüt grammar — the curved nas bow, an unbroken sheer, teak everywhere — over a semi-displacement hull with variable deadrise and a semi-rounded stern, then put the growth into beam rather than length: 3.80 metres across a 9.07-metre hull is what makes two cabins, a full heads and a galley level with the cockpit possible at this size. The yard quotes 23 knots from twin 270-horsepower Volvo Pentas on shafts; an independent test recorded 20 flat out and a settled 14 to 17 knots, which is where the boat actually lives. The keel and skeg that keep it tracking straight also make it turn wide, and the aft twin cabin is short on headroom. Weekends and coastal hops, then, with 650 litres of fuel aboard. Too new to have a used market of its own; the 34 always held its money.
