Absolute 60 Fly

The 60 Fly sits in the middle of Absolute's flybridge line, between the 56 and the 70, and carries the yard's clearest structural argument: a laminated framework integrated into the hull, which lets the superstructure hold glass instead of pillars. Podenzano moulds its own parts, and the result shows in a full-beam owner's suite raised onto its own deck level, carrying side windows a conventionally framed hull of this length would struggle to support. Volvo Penta IPS is the only propulsion offered — 725 hp D11 pods as standard, 900 hp D13s optional — giving 24 knots of cruise for roughly 225 litres an hour, and joystick berthing that makes the boat a realistic owner-driver proposition. The trade is familiar: pods discourage shallow water and concentrate rebuild costs with one supplier. The upright, glazed styling reads more northern than Italian, which not every dock forgives. Values have held firmly since 2021, helped by short waiting lists and a yard that rarely discounts.
